Beatriz Mercado

Beatriz Mercado, SWOP-East Latin Americas Advisor, is a long time advocate for social justice in her native country Chile. She joined SWOP-East in January 2007 as a member of the organization’s advisory board, has contributed written material to SWOP-East’s website in both English and her native tongue Spanish — she will do the same here. She is a career clinical pharmacist and is the director of a hospital pharmacy in a Chilean city. Beatriz coordinates Pledging Action’s program in Chile.
